Lake Erie Walleye Success for Trenton and Kendra Before Sunset
Lake Erie - Lake, OH
Late Friday evening reach out by Trenton and Kendra who were wrapping up a week at the Lake Erie Islands area. We left West Harbor just before sunrise with a bright full moon in the Western sky. Trenton had the hot hand to start us off casting a 3/4 worm harness with a gold blade on a 10 count. It was about 6 to 1 on fish mostly around 14.5" to get a 16" to 19" keeper. As the sun climbed in the sky Kendra got hot and they both worked hard to capture their Lake Erie Walleye. We battled with pesky white perch. We found a really fast retrieve aided in keeping white perch at bay and the Walleye didn't mind. Seems, I don't get may good pics on casting days. Fish cleaner was at the docks when we arrived, so no fish pics today. #BlackH2oDog #lakeeriewalleye #letsgofishing #charterfishing #portclinton #walleye
