David has fished here since childhood. He is easygoing, very supportive. Fished with fine tackle, safe trip, and best of all, we caught our limit and came home smiling. All was taken care of from start to finish with filets in a bag. Nice guy. I recommend him very highly.

The bite was slow starting off. But Captain David stayed with it and found the walleye and we was able to catch our limit. I would highly recommend Captain David to anyone looking for a great walleye trip

It was some pretty rough conditions , the captain went out of his way working hard and taking it to the max on time two get our 3 limits , but that’s what it takes in August , went out 17 miles to get to the place so he will definitely put you on the fish whatever it takes , the only thing I can say about it negative is east harbor state park marina , one guy in there was very rude on where I parked my truck and trailer, I pulled closer to the launch because my left shoulder needs replaced to help me carrying the cooler of fish and he couldn’t wait 5 minutes for me to load it , said move it now , so I moved it about 50 ft back and got out , he came right back out of the building and said you can’t park there either , I told him about my shoulder and he said well oh well , so if you park somewhere there good luck and he also left a note on my truck , rude

We had an incredible experience with David at Black H2o Dog Charters! From booking to the end of our walleye fishing trip, everything was smooth and enjoyable. David was professional, friendly, and made sure everyone had a great time. My 13-year-old great nephew even got to help set up the fishing poles and drive the boat, which made his day! We caught the max number of Walleye and made wonderful memories. Highly recommend for a fun and family-friendly fishing adventure!

The conditions were tough, but Captain David never stopped working to put fish in the boat. He's the hardest working Captain on the water. I highly recommend David Fuller.
